- Strong knowledge related to HR
- Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
- Orientating new employees and training. Monitoring employee performance.
- Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
- Check monthly staff KPIs.
- Providing counseling on policies and procedures. Implementation of payroll and benefits.
- Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
- Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information.
- Efficient in the correspondence and admin section.
- Monitor all staff in each department everyday.
- Know the basics about finance, save invoices and so on.
- Multitasking in the admin section.
- Problem solving thinking.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
