Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an advantage
Minimum Certificate/Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
More than 2 years of working experience in any field; experiences in HR or computer technical support is an added advantage.
Proficient in computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
Possess basic written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and a strong team player.
Able to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
Eager to learn and proactive in taking initiative.
Demonstrates a genuine passion for the Human Resources field and a strong desire to grow professionally.
Tanggungjawab
Responsible for day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Manage and control office general supplies and place order.
Manage and arrange office regular maintenance service.
Compiling and updating employee personal records, attendance, and leave etc.
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
Handle in payroll preparation and process by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, etc.)
To undertake all company activities relating to employee welfare
Assist in basic networking and troubleshooting issues, including installation and fixing of commonly used software or office system-related matters.
Other ad hoc duty assigned by superior from time to time
