Requirements
  • Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an advantage
  • Minimum Certificate/Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • More than 2 years of working experience in any field; experiences in HR or computer technical support is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Possess basic written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and a strong team player.
  • Able to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Eager to learn and proactive in taking initiative.
  • Demonstrates a genuine passion for the Human Resources field and a strong desire to grow professionally.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Manage and control office general supplies and place order.
  • Manage and arrange office regular maintenance service.
  • Compiling and updating employee personal records, attendance, and leave etc.
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
  • Handle in payroll preparation and process by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, etc.)
  • To undertake all company activities relating to employee welfare
  • Assist in basic networking and troubleshooting issues, including installation and fixing of commonly used software or office system-related matters.
  • Other ad hoc duty assigned by superior from time to time
