Manage the full recruitment cycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Work closely with hiring managers to identify manpower needs and prepare job descriptions.
Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, career fairs, and universities.
Coordinate and conduct initial interviews or assessments.
Prepare offer letters and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and reports.
Training & Development
Identify training needs through performance reviews, feedback, and discussions with department heads.
Plan, organize, and coordinate in-house and external training programs.
Liaise with training providers and manage training logistics (venue, materials, attendance, evaluation).
Track training attendance, maintain records, and evaluate program effectiveness.
Support the implementation of employee development initiatives, such as coaching, mentoring, and career progression plans.
