Job Description
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of working experience in an HR-related role (fresh graduates with internship experience may be considered).
- Knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
HR Executive / HR Officer
- Role: Handles day-to-day HR tasks and employee relations.
- Recruitment and onboarding
- Maintain employee records
- Process monthly payroll with data entry and system update
- Handle EPF, Socso, EIS and PCB submission
- Coordinate training and development
- Handle employee grievances and basic disciplinary actions
- Role: Provides clerical and administrative support to the HR team.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and file employee documents
- Schedule interviews and training
- Prepare HR letters (confirmation, increment, warning, etc.)
- Data entry and system updates (HRIS)
- EPF and Socso
- Annula leaves
