Recruitment includes arranging interviews, coordinating hiring efforts, and onboarding new employees.
To monitor and maintain Company's local & foreign workers data and related administration such as ensuring renewals of work permits, insurance, contract agreements, attendance, leave, and other employee data.
Involved in the management of foreign workers such as medical check-up and treatments and work permit etc.
Ensure compensation and benefits are in line with company policies and legislation.
Implement and monitor performance management system.
Handle employee complaints, grievances and disputes & administer employee discipline processes.
Coordination of socso claims to local & foreign workers.
Coordinate the preparation of regularly scheduled reports or any ad-hoc reports as and when required.
Provide necessary support to other HR & Admin functions as deemed necessary.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in HR
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A good team player with good analytical and problem solving skills
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive, effective relationship.
Resourceful, analytical and able to multi-task.
Experience working in construction field or managing foreign workers permit application is an added advantage.
