Work with hiring managers to identify manpower needs.
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, interviews, job offers, and onboarding.
Conduct orientation programs and ensure a smooth induction process.
Set up and maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Act as the first point of contact for all employee-related matters.
Address grievances and support conflict resolution.
Identify training needs and coordinate internal or external training programs.
Assist in basic safety awareness and compliance if there's no dedicated SHE staff.
Liaise with HQ HR team on alignment with corporate HR policies and systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
