Job Scope:
1.
Recruitment and Staffing
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening, hiring).
Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs.
Conduct background checks and employment verifications.
Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
2.
Onboarding and Orientation
Organize orientation sessions for new hires.
Ensure smooth integration of new employees into the company culture.
Maintain onboarding documentation and checklists.
3.
Employee Records Management
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
Handle documentation related to employment (e.g., appraisals, transfers, resignations).
4.
Payroll and Benefits Administration
Coordinate payroll processing with the finance department or payroll provider.
Administer employee benefits (e.g.leave).
Manage attendance and leave records.
5.
Performance Management
Assist in performance appraisal processes.
Track and follow up on performance improvement plans.
Provide support for training and development programs.
6.
Employee Relations
Handle employee queries and grievances.
Support conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
Promote positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives.
7.
Compliance and Policy Implementation
Ensure HR policies are up to date and communicated.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
Maintain confidentiality and data protection standards.
8.
Training and Development
Identify training needs in collaboration with department heads.
Coordinate training sessions, workshops, or e-learning.
Evaluate training effectiveness.
9.
HR Reporting and Analytics
Prepare HR reports (e.g., headcount, attrition, absenteeism).
Support audits and internal reporting requirements.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Able to manage sensitive situations tactfully and maintain professionalism at all times.
Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws and regulations is preferable.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
Positive attitude, initiative, and commitment to continuous improvement in HR standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
