Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Human Resources professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing recruitment, coordinating training programs, resolving employee concerns, and supporting HR initiatives that drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the selection of candidates who align with the company's requirements and culture. Plan, coordinate, and manage internal and external training programs, including HRD Corp applications, to enhance team skills and development. Act as a trusted point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution, fostering a positive, fair, and respectful work environment. Maintain accurate and organized HR records, reports, and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Support HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving organizational efficiency and employee engagement.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Diploma or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources or HR Management. Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Adaptable, proactive, and capable of handling confidential matters with discretion. Possess own transportation and a valid driving license.
