Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Familiar with Malaysian labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
Minimum 2 years' experience in HR operations, preferably within the engineering or construction industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software systems.
Responsible, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation accurately and on schedule.
Assist with office administration, maintenance, and travel arrangements.
Handle employee relations matters, grievances, and disciplinary issues.
Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals.
Manage foreign worker permits, renewals, and related documentation.
Manage the full recruitment process including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Organize and coordinate employee training and development programs.
Perform any other HR or administrative tasks as assigned.
Support performance evaluation and appraisal activities.
