POSITION - HR EXECUTIVE
LOCATION - BUKIT TINGGI, KLANG
SALARY - RM 2500-3500
JOB DESCRIPTION
To update, maintain and filling employee data in the HR system
To assist in recruitment process which includes preparing job adverts, checking application forms, sourcing candidate, schedule interview and making offers.
Processing monthly payroll and maintaining employees' leaves, medical and attendance record.
To assist the management in formulating HR policies and regulations, to ensure its implementation and effectiveness
To maintain HR procedures that comply with labour laws and regulations
To assist any ad-hoc assignments from management team
REQUIREMENTS:
Overall HR experience in recruiting and employee lifecycle activities, including letter preparation and employee data management
Good written and verbal communication skills
Positive & pro-active attitude towards work
Able to understand English and Malay language, good to have Mandarin language
Experience with Payroll and talent development activities would be a bonus point!

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
