Communicate effectively with candidates to understand their qualifications and match them to job requirements
Coordinate and arrange interviews between candidates and clients
Prepare candidate agreements and employment documentation
Maintain and update the candidate database accurately
Job Requirements:-
Minimum degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
Good communication skills and a positive attitude
HR recruitment experience is an advantage
Organized and detail-oriented with good interpersonal skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
