Source, screen, interview, and manage end-to-end recruitment for construction roles (field workers, foremen, superintendents, engineers, project controls, estimators, admins, safety, etc.).
Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to fill roles quickly with high-quality candidates (trade schools, unions, job boards, social media, referrals, partnerships with apprenticeship programs).
Conduct initial phone screenings and gather candidate information.
Facilitate communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate background checks and reference verifications.
Support onboarding activities for new hires.
Maintain organized recruitment records and reports.
Collaborate with HR team members to improve recruitment strategies.
Job Requirements:-
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Previous experience in recruitment or HR support is preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.
