Job Description

:

Assist in the recruitment process, ranging from job advertisement posting, arranging interviews with suitable candidates and on-boarding for new hires. Develop and maintain the HR system to align with company objectives and ensure the HR practices are in compliance with all legal requirements and government regulations. Manage and advice on all employees on issues on grievances, disciplines, new starters, leavers, contract changes etc. Manage employees' welfare such as insurances, leaves, claims, perquisites and assistance. Organize HR activities, programs and initiatives. Responsible for renewal/extension of Employment Pass for Expatriate under ESD. Coordinate performance appraisal processes. Work closely with Head of Departments to identify training needs, source and organized training activities for employee's learning and development plan. In-charge of HRDF training grant application/claims process. Prepare and process monthly payroll, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, CP22, CP22A, etc. Renewal of company's staff insurance and project insurance Coordinate with panel clinics in administering medical claims and invoices in accordance with HR policies and procedures. Oversee HR budget by planning and allocation with strategic HR initiatives, staffing requirements, training, benefits and employee training and development programs. Manage company belongings assigned to employees, such as uniform, laptop, access card, etc. Work with organizations and develop own network to develop job upgrading skills, training, human resource planning and improvement and staff association that reliable and sustain the business strategy for the Company. To handle ad hoc assignments and other duties assigned by superior from time to time.
