Collaborate with leadership to identify workforce needs and align HR strategies with business objectives.
Develop and execute people strategies that drive organizational performance.
Provide insights to leadership based on HR metrics and data.
Partner with managers to identify talent gaps and support workforce planning.
Facilitate talent acquisition strategies, including hiring plans, diversity initiatives, and employer branding.
Support leadership in performance management processes, talent reviews, and succession planning.
Act as a trusted advisor for employees and managers to resolve conflicts, grievances, and concerns.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and company guidelines.
Promote a culture of trust, inclusion, and respect across the organization.
Identify training needs and collaborate with L&D teams to design relevant programs.
Drive leadership development initiatives to build high-performing teams.
Support business leaders during organizational changes, ensuring clear communication and employee alignment.
Champion company culture and ensure employees adapt to evolving business strategies.
Analyze HR data (e.g., attrition rates, engagement scores) and recommend improvements to leadership.
Track HR initiatives to measure ROI and success.
Promote DEI initiatives to create an equitable and inclusive work environment.
Ensure HR practices adhere to diversity goals.
Qualifications and Experience
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
More than 5 years of experience in human resources, preferably in the medical industry and in Malaysia
Strong understanding of Malaysian employment laws and regulations related to human resources
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and leadership
Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and lead a team effectively
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Proficient in Microsoft Office & Power BI and HR2000
