THE ROLE As a Human Resource Executive, you will be responsible for the delivery of Human Resources functions with a focus on recruitment/talent acquisition. Required a candidate who is ready to explore new challenges and care for people and culture needs and development. Your daily task will include but not limited to: - Administering the hiring process of new employees, from posting the job advertisement, sourcing, screening, and interviewing until the employment offer. Continuously review and improve recruitment processes by partner closely with HRBPs and Hiring Managers to ensure sourcing and hiring strategies are aligned. Onboarding preparations for new hires. Maintain HR Records including employee files, compensation, benefits information\'s. Administer employee benefits such as medical insurance, leave entitlement, and claims, and ensure compliance with regulations. Assist in employee training and development program. Provide general HR administrative support across the organizations. Participate in HR projects as required by the HR manager. Ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time. Uphold BCI Asia company values and corporate mission Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruiting, hr generalist or operations. Good communication and interpersonal skills Exceptional time-management and organizational skills Ability to build relationships with & influence stakeholders Ability to multi-task effectively.
