Responsible for employee communication activities.
Ensure on-time and proper personnel administration for employees\xe2\x80\x99 needs and welfare and Company\xe2\x80\x99s practices in accordance with all legal requirements and compliance.
Reporting
Perform and manage monthly reporting.
Support Finance department during month end closing (Payroll Summary Report, Payroll Variance Report, HR Departmental Forecast, Jabatan Perangkaan, Statutory Report).
Ensure quality data and accuracy of HC Reporting.
Education & QualificationsEssential
At least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Desirable
Self-driven individual with good communication skills coupled with an analytical mind
Key SkillsEssential
Well verse with Employment Act 1955 a MUST
Meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and possess a high degree of confidentiality
ExperienceEssential
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field, in a manufacturing environment within the similar capacity
