Job Description


Selection & Recruitment

  • Work closely with GRC to close the open Indirect position.
  • Ensure Hiring Manager perform position creation in MHS and follow approval protocol.
  • Initial job requisition in MHS in order for GRC to activate hiring activities.
  • Close the position in MHS.
  • Conducting orientation program all new hires and ensure the completion of on bording program for all Salaried employees.
  • Monitoring all new hires should complete all required training courses in MHS.
Training and Development
  • Identifying training needs analysis and compile training plan for all level of employees.
  • Establish yearly training plan for individual location.
  • Liaise with Finance to align training budget against monthly forecast.
  • Source training provider, request for quotation and training contents.
  • Review training contents with departmental manager and finalise with training provider.
  • Support departmental manager in Skills Analysis Dialogue in identifying skills gap.
  • Monitoring the training evaluation to measure the training effectiveness that meet organization needs.
Employee Engagement, Retention
  • Conduct Yearly Employee Engagement Survey exercise and drive identified action plan.
  • Responsible for employee communication activities.
  • Ensure on-time and proper personnel administration for employees\xe2\x80\x99 needs and welfare and Company\xe2\x80\x99s practices in accordance with all legal requirements and compliance.
Reporting
  • Perform and manage monthly reporting.
  • Support Finance department during month end closing (Payroll Summary Report, Payroll Variance Report, HR Departmental Forecast, Jabatan Perangkaan, Statutory Report).
  • Ensure quality data and accuracy of HC Reporting.
Education & Qualifications Essential
  • At least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Desirable
  • Self-driven individual with good communication skills coupled with an analytical mind
Key Skills Essential
  • Well verse with Employment Act 1955 a MUST
  • Meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and possess a high degree of confidentiality
Experience Essential
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field, in a manufacturing environment within the similar capacity
Desirable
  • Resourceful, pro-active and able to work independently
  • Good organizational and communication skills with sense of commitment and responsibility
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month Benefits:
