Responsibilities:
Process full retail staff payroll, including statutory deductions, contributions, and benefit payments/deductions.
Calculate staff overtime (OT) and incentives before payroll processing.
Liaise with statutory bodies such as KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN, and HRD Corp on HR matters.
Monitor, update, and manage staff leave, medical claims, and attendance records.
Maintain and manage employee personnel files and HR data.
Update and follow up on job descriptions for new, transferred, or promoted staff/positions.
Assist in reviewing retail staff Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Support other HR administrative duties as needed.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training provided)
Strong attention to detail
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (some data entry in Mandarin required)
Skilled in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Immediate availability is an advantage
