Job description 1. Recruitment & Manpower Planning o Handle sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, onboarding and probation follow-up. o Support manpower planning for operators, technicians and staff roles. o Build talent pipeline and reduce hiring lead time. 2. HR Operations & Documentation o Maintain employee files for local and foreign workers (EP/Contract). o Manage attendance, OT, leave, roster, and payroll data updates. o Prepare HR forms, memo, warning letters, and employee movement records. o Keep all HR documents ready for audit, customer visit or internal review. 3. Employee Relations (ER) o Handle employee enquiries, communication, and conflict resolution respectfully. o Support counselling, performance feedback, and workplace discipline. o Promote teamwork, respect, attendance discipline, and clean working environment. o Help employees understand company rules and working culture. 4. Industrial Relations (IR) o Apply Malaysia Employment Act 1955 and company rules in HR decisions. o Prepare documentation for discipline cases (late, AWOL, misconduct, performance). o Assist in investigations, warning issuance, PIP, and termination process. o Maintain fair, consistent, and legally compliant case records. o Support communication with Labour Office or other authorities if required. 5. Training & Culture Support o Organize onboarding training, basic HR briefings, and safety awareness. o Track training records and skill competency. o Encourage Flex culture: fast execution, respect, teamwork, cleanliness, discipline. 6. ISO, Compliance & Audit o Maintain JD, training record, competency matrix, and HR filing checklist. o Ensure traceability of employee data for ISO or customer audit. o Align HR processes with ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 / corporate SOP.
Requirements o Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. o Minimum 3-5 years HR experience in manufacturing or industrial companies. o Strong understanding of Malaysia HR legal framework. o Knowledge of HRMS/ERP systems and proficient in Excel data reporting. o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Mandarin (preferably). o Good interpersonal, confidentiality and record-keeping skills. o High integrity and responsibility.
