THE JOB:
Handle the full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and align with business plans.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interview scheduling.
Manage background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment documentation.
Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and candidate databases.
Support recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives.
Generate recruitment reports and updates for management.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and data protection guidelines.
Assist in onboarding new hires for a smooth transition into the company.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Proven experience (2-4 years) in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment, is
REQUIRED.
Familiarity with different sourcing channels
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and MS Office tools is preferred
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, market trends, and recruitment best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
High degree of professionalism, discretion, and integrity in handling confidential information.
Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment regulations is an advantage.
