Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in HR/Admin or relevant field.
• Strong communication skills, confident, and enjoys talking with people.
• Positive attitude, able to motivate and advise staff.
• Good multitasking skills and can handle confidential matters.
• Willing to travel/outstation.
• Able to perform HR + General Admin + PA duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist in posting job ads, screening candidates, arranging interviews.
• Conduct staff orientation and ensure smooth new-joiner experience.
• Manage attendance, leave records, and staff movement.
• Ensure HR policies, memos, and SOPs are properly communicated.
• Build positive relationships with staff at all levels.
• Perform general admin tasks such as filing, documentation, and report preparation.
• Assist management in scheduling, reminders, follow-up tasks, and coordination.Ensure all HR documents are updated and stored properly.
• Support any HR-related project from management.
• Willing and able to travel to branches or external agencies (JTK, PERKESO, LHDN, banks, etc.)
