to support recruitment, onboarding, and team engagement.

Job Summary:

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in Human Resources, especially in the fast-paced world of digital content creation. As an HR Executive, you'll help manage hiring, employee support, and daily HR operations to keep our creative team running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in recruiting and onboarding video editors and creative staff Maintain employee records, contracts, and attendance tracking Support payroll coordination and HR documentation Organize team engagement activities and events Help resolve employee concerns in a supportive, professional way Promote a positive, creative work culture Ensure HR practices align with company policies and labor laws

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field Strong communication and organizational skills Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn Comfortable using tools like Excel, Google Workspace, or HR software
