HR Executive The Job Execute HR Operations activities and initiatives to ensure effective delivery aligned to Company\xe2\x80\x99s talent and business objectives. Other responsibilities which include, but not limited to: - \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for the full spectrum of transactional activities within the Human Resource function including but not limited to Recruitment, Benefits, Reporting, and etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain accurate and timely employee data. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide support for a range of HR administrative processes supporting the employee lifecycle, including such areas as recruitment, onboarding of new hires, employee engagement, termination, and other administration tasks \xe2\x80\xa2 Proactively identify areas of improvement in HR processes and documentation \xe2\x80\xa2 Participate in ad hoc HR projects as and when required The Person \xe2\x80\xa2 Diploma or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree/ Diploma in Business Administration/Business Management/Human Resources or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 2 years of experience in the field \xe2\x80\xa2 Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong knowledge of regulations related to HR and employment laws. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work both independently and as part of a team \xe2\x80\xa2 Great interpersonal and communication skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels. \xe2\x80\xa2 Computer literature in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint (intermediate level) Email us your CV to nurain@jresources.com.
