Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Basic understanding of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Ability to manage employee relations issues effectively and confidentially.
• Experience working in the automotive industry or a related manufacturing/retail environment is a plus.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries and benefits.
