Job Summary:
Human Resources:
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, interview arrangements, and onboarding processes.
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and leave management systems.
Handle employee matters such as claims, attendance, discipline, and HR policy communication.
Support payroll preparation by ensuring accurate compilation of attendance, claims, and leave data.
Assist in organizing staff training, performance appraisals, and engagement activities.
Ensure HR processes and practices comply with Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN, etc.).
Prepare HR-related letters (e.g. offer letters, confirmation letters, resignation acceptance).
Assist in audits, reporting, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by your superior.
Requirements
1. SPM qualification and above
2. Experience in HR recruitment, onboarding, and etc.
3. Well verse in HR2000 Quick Pay is an advantage.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with employees.
5. Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills; able to work independently.
6. Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR compliance and microsoft skills is an added advantage.
7. Good command in both writing for Bahasa Melayu, English and Mandarin is an added advantage.
8. Ad-hoc administrative or operational tasks.
