Pakteh Fruits is a one stop centre for a variety of fruit from around the world. Business started since 1957, and has been established for incoperated since 2023. Our mission to help people life healthy with fresh fruits benefit.

To support our continued expansion, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated HR Executive to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead recruitment activities, including job posting, resume screening, interview arrangement, and candidate selection. Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions. Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files. Support training and development initiatives, including coordination of workshops and career development programs. Assist in performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to line managers. Prepare payroll data and ensure accurate statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB). Foster positive employee relations and handle staff queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters. Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and company HR policies. Conduct performance evaluations and ensure timely completion of appraisals. Control employees arrangement between shift to fulfill operation needs.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma, or equivalent in the related field Minimum 3 years of working experience in Human Resource with focus on operation, and development. Able to work well under pressure. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team Proactive, adaptable and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
