Manage full spectrum of HR functions for outsourced/contract staff (recruitment, onboarding, contract, payroll, termination).
Handle attendance, leave, and disciplinary matters.
Prepare HR documentation, contracts, and statutory submissions.
Liaise with clients on staffing issues and ensure compliance with labour laws.
Maintain employee records and support HR system management.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
3-5 years' HR experience, preferably in manpower outsourcing/contract staffing.
Strong knowledge of Employment Act & statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF).
Experience using SQL or other HR/payroll systems is an added advantage.
Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently, travel when required, and meet deadlines.
