Requirements?
Fluet in Mandarin, Basic English and Malay (both spoken and written)
Possess at least diploma or degree in Human Resource Management or relevant fields
At least 3 years of Human Resource Management or related experience
Have knowledge in Employment Act and other relevant Government Statutory Act
Experience in monthly payroll processing
Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
Positive attitude, responsible character and good communication skills
Perform responsibilities without supervision
Able to learn new skills and acquire knowledge fast
Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word & Excel for preparing HR documents and time management, leave and attendance spreadsheet
Responsibilities?
Process payroll information and compute pay and benefit entitlements for employees
Maintaining records of employee attendance, leave and overtime
Responsible to generate and prepare timely submission of statutory contributions of EPF, Socso and PCB
Responsible for recruitment and interviews, selecting outstanding talents.
Maintain and update employees personal information in employee file.
Handle employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
To prepare and compile documents for timely submission to the Management and the relevant government authorities
To assist in handling of foreign worker issues including work permit application, renewal, and termination;
