Responsibilities
Monthly Payroll preparation
Managing and maintaining employee data in the HR system to ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate
Handle entry and exit, including but not limited to on-boarding account creation, termination, internal transfer etc.
Perform general administrative support to the company, including up keeping of office equipment, stationery ordering and pantry supplies replenishment, etc.
Responsible for recruiting projects
Preparation of HR related letters and memorandum
Manage labor contract and employee filing matters.
Any other ad-hoc duties assignment by manager.
