Job Description


  • Highly developed sense of responsibility. Self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
  • Monthly Payroll preparation
  • Managing and maintaining employee data in the HR system to ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate
  • Handle entry and exit, including but not limited to on-boarding account creation, termination, internal transfer etc.
  • Perform general administrative support to the company, including up keeping of office equipment, stationery ordering and pantry supplies replenishment, etc.
  • Responsible for recruiting projects
  • Preparation of HR related letters and memorandum
  • Manage labor contract and employee filing matters.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assignment by manager.
