for as HR Executive:
Implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
Develop training and development programs
Assist in performance management processes
Support compensation and benefits programs.
Handle employee relations issues, such as resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and facilitating communication between management and employees.
Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner, including calculating employee wages, overtime, and other payments.
Handle all the foreigners permits renewals, agency agreements renewals and extension and salaries
Assist in administration work in office maintenance, travel arrangements etc
Any ad-hoc task assigned and directed from time to time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
