HR Executive (Non-Halal Industry)Salary range: RM 3000.00 - RM 5000.00Responsibilities: * Provide support in human resources and administration matters for a group of companies.

• Handling of foreign workers related matters which includes recruitment of new foreign worker, renewal of working permit, clearance of new arrival of foreign workers, FOMEMA, PERKESO arrangement and check-out Memo etc.
• To conduct induction programme to all new hires.
• Provide consistent support function for staff payroll, recruitment, personal files, performance appraisal, confirmation, staff disciplinary and etc.
• Liaise with government bodies pertaining to statutory issues/compliances such as EPF, SOCSO, HRDF, PCB, etc.
• Liaise with relevant functional /departmental/outlets so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs to staff training and development.
• Organize company activities. i.e company trip, team building, annual dinner, and staff engagement activities.
• Maintaining company asset such as vehicles. i.e renew road tax, insurance , inspection.
• To undertake any other duties and as may be required from time to time.

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administrative or equivalent.
• Minimum three (3) year working experience in the related fields.
• Possess own vehicle and willing to travel outstation.
• Computer literate, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Competency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work independently and minimum supervisor
• Salary range RM3000-RM4500.
