Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 2 or 3 years of HR experience or other related field.
Familiar with Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint).
Hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll administration, and employee relations.
Good understanding of Malaysia's Employment Act and other HR-related regulations.
Excellent written and oral communication in English, Malay and Mandarin.
Positive attitude, proactive and a good team player.
Good organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.

Handle the full payroll process, including salary computation, verification and uploading of payment files to the bank.
Manage the entire statutory contribution process, ensuring accurate calculation and timely submission to relevant authorities such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN and HRD Corp.
Oversee the employee claims process, including verification, coordination for approval and reimbursement.
Monitor employee disciplinary issues and attendance records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Manage panel clinic matters, including employee registration, medical claim processing and coordination with clinic representatives.
Assist with employee onboarding activities, such as preparing employment documents, updating personnel records and facilitating new hire orientation.
Handle the offboarding process, including final leave balance calculation, clearance procedures, and exit documentation.
Support recruitment activities when required, including job postings, interview scheduling and communication with candidates.
Attend to employee enquiries promptly via email, WhatsApp, or phone calls, providing necessary support and clarification.
Manage building access cards and office attendance systems, including issuance, activation and record maintenance.
Perform any other ad-hoc tasks or assignments as directed by the superior or management.
