Manage end-to-end recruitment process and ensure proper onboarding, orientation, and placement of employees.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in line with labor laws and company policy.
Prepare and process monthly payroll, and ensure accurate time attendance and leave records.
Coordinate training program for employees.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
5 years of HR experience, preferably in palm oil or manufacturing sector.
Knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act, labor regulations, and foreign worker management.
Ability to work independently.
