-Responsible and assist of the Human Resource functions, which include recruitment, payroll, administration, and any other HR related matters.
-Responsible for timely processing of payroll and related reports for submission to relevant government authorities such as EPF, Socso, LHDN, etc.
-Monitor and process timely on staff confirmation, contract renewal, promotion, salary adjustment, appraisal etc.
-Maintains human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database.
-Update and maintain employee data/personal files (hard & soft copy) in system based on employee actual data and document.
-Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
-Responsible in administrative matters.
-Any ad-hoc assignment assigned from time to time.
