The HR Executive is responsible for handling payroll administration, employee data management, and HR-related administrative functions. This role ensures accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with statutory requirements, and effective support for HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Administration
Maintain and update employee personal files, HR database, and HRIS systems.
Prepare HR letters (confirmation, increment, transfer, warning, termination, etc.).
Manage onboarding and offboarding documentation.
Coordinate employee benefits administration (medical, insurance, leave entitlement, etc.).
Support HR audits and compliance documentation.
General Administration
Handle office administration matters such as stationery, office supplies, vendor coordination, and facilities management.
Assist in organizing company events, training, and employee engagement activities.
Support management in other HR and administrative tasks as assigned.
Payroll Management
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
Maintain and update employee attendance, leave, and overtime records.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax, HRDF, etc.).
Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare payroll-related reports for management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in payroll and HR administration.
Knowledge of Malaysian employment law, statutory contributions, and payroll systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of HRIS is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
