Job Summary: The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with a strong understanding of HR best practices, particularly within the property sector.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment and Staffing:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the property industry.
• Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.

Employee Relations:

• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
• Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting employee engagement initiatives.

Performance Management:

• Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems.
• Support managers in conducting performance reviews and provide training as needed.

Training and Development:

• Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs for employees.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.

Compliance and Policy Management:

• Ensure adherence to labor laws and industry regulations.
• Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.

HR Reporting and Analytics:

• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Prepare regular reports on HR metrics and trends to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR management, preferably in the property or real estate sector.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
