Minimum Diploma in any related field
Well verse in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
Positive attitude and work ethic
Able to work independently or as an active member of a team
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
Able to join immediately
Duties & Responsibilities
To assist day to day administration and HR activities.
To plan and do the monthly training for employees
To do the payroll for Foreign Worker
To perform any other duties and ad-hoc as and when required by the Management.
Keep highly Private and Confidential on all staff and company information.
Ensure prompt updating and filing of staff leave records and attendance.
Assist in overall recruitment process in job postings, coordinating for interviews and conduct reference check.
Perform administrative tasks, prepare communications and letters, and perform the tabulation of the surveys and assessments carried out by the department.
Manage inventory efficiently to avoid stock-out.
Maintaining office equipment and facilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
