SuperSave is one of Malaysia's largest home & living retail groups with

90+ outlets nationwide

and a rapidly growing eCommerce department focusing on TikTok and Shopee. We are expanding our

Affiliate Creator Program

and seeking passionate recruiters who understand talent acquisition and can bring their recruitment skills into the digital creator market.

What You'll Do

Recruit & Onboard Affiliate Creators:

Identify, approach, and engage TikTok, Shopee, and social media creators to join SuperSave's affiliate program.

Talent Screening:

Review creator profiles (similar to candidate CVs), evaluate suitability, and shortlist for product campaigns.

Relationship Management:

Act as the bridge between creators and our internal marketing team to ensure smooth onboarding.

Pipeline Building:

Maintain an active database of potential affiliates and continuously expand our creator network.

Training & Guidance:

Mentor creators, guide them on how to succeed, and reward their performance.

Performance Tracking:

Support reporting on recruitment results, campaign participation, and commission performance.

Who We're Looking For

? Background in

Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / HR

(agency or in-house).
? Strong communication & people skills - comfortable reaching out and convincing talents.
? Organized and detail-oriented with good Excel/Google Sheets skills.
? Self-motivated, independent, and results-driven.
? Interest in

social media, influencers, and affiliate marketing

is a big plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
