Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Management
:
Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles in the construction sector.
Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Training and Development
:
Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with department heads.
Plan, coordinate, and implement employee training programs to enhance workforce capabilities.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Talent Strategy
:
Support workforce planning initiatives by forecasting recruitment needs.
Build strong talent pipelines for critical and high-demand positions.
Compliance
:
Ensure all recruitment and training practices adhere to company policies and legal regulations.
Qualifications
:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the construction industry.
Strong understanding of training and development processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
