Manage and execute the full recruitment cycle for client roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and coordinating final selections.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand job requirements, hiring timelines, and candidate expectations.
Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to build strong and sustainable candidate pipelines for diverse client industries.
Maintain strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive recruitment experience throughout the process.
Conduct basic data analysis and prepare recruitment and HR-related reports for internal and client review.
Support HR projects and consulting initiatives, including policy development, employee handbooks, and engagement surveys.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure HR practices align with relevant employment laws and internal standards.
Job Requirements:
Minimum
3 years of experience
in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR roles with strong recruitment exposure.
Proven experience handling multiple external hiring projects or client accounts.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
Familiarity with Malaysian employment laws and statutory HR requirements.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ATS or HRIS systems is an added advantage.
