We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Executive (Recruitment)
to support our talent acquisition activities. This role is ideal for someone with around one year of recruitment experience who is eager to grow, work closely with hiring managers, and help build a strong talent pipeline for the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, career fairs, and other channels.
Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview outcomes.
Assist in drafting job advertisements and posting across various platforms.
Work with the HR team to improve recruitment workflows and candidate experience.
Prepare offer letters, employment documents, and onboarding materials.
Ensure seamless handover of candidate information to HR operations.
To manage the administration of HR policies, employee records, benefits administration
Support ad-hoc tasks when required.
Requirements
Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Approximately
1 year of experience
in recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or agency).
Familiarity with job portals, sourcing tools, and basic interviewing techniques.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good time management, organization, and attention to detail.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
