1. Recruitment and Onboarding

Assist HR Manager in full cycle of recruitment for office, site staffs and foreign workers. Prepare documents for onboarding of new hires (Appointment Letter).
2. Payroll and HR Administration

Support monthly payroll preparation, ensuring accuracy in OT, allowances, and deductions. Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and leave management systems.
3. Foreign Workers Management

Manage permits and documentation for foreign workers, including liaising with JTK, Immigration, and CIDB.
4. Compliance and Industrial Relations

Ensure full compliance with Malaysian labor laws, including Employment Act 1955, SOCSO, EPF & EIS. Manage and maintain company registration renewal with statutory bodies, including CIDB, MOF, SPAN.
5. Site HR Support

Maintain accurate manpower and attendance records across project sites using HR Software (Employment Hero & Whizzl).
6. Training & Development

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 2-4 years in HR, preferably in the construction or infrastructure industry. Knowledge of Malaysian HR legislation and construction industry practices. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
