Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



1. Recruitment & Placement



Prepare and advertise job vacancies. Screen applications, arrange interviews, and prepare job offer letters. Manage onboarding and orientation for new hires.

2. HR Records & Administration



Maintain and update employee personal files and HR records system. Prepare official HR letters such as confirmation letters, warning letters, transfer, and termination letters. Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of HR documents.

3. Compensation & Benefits Administration



Coordinate monthly payroll process with accounts/payroll department. Manage statutory contributions: EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and other deductions. Administer employee leave: annual, sick, maternity, and others.

4. Legal Compliance & Policies



Ensure compliance with the Employment Act 1955 and other Malaysian labor laws. Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures. Prepare HR reports for internal and external audits when required.

5. Training & Development



Identify training needs of employees. Coordinate internal and external training programs. Record and evaluate training effectiveness.

6. Employee Relations & Discipline



Act as a liaison in employee-related issues and conflict resolution. Handle disciplinary actions and internal investigations when necessary. Support initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and morale.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Studies, or a related field. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in HR is an advantage. Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and current HR practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems (if any). Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 AM - 5.30 PM)



Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
