Possess Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or its equivalent.
Experience in recruitment, payroll and benefits administration.
At least 2 years hands-on working experience in Human Resources or relevant fields.
Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office applications.
Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia.
Good interpersonal skills, Attention to detail, Ability to communicate effectively & professionally.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision & fast-paced

Responsibilities
Perform recruitment process from advertising, interviewing, offering of employment till on-boarding.
Manage all HR functions, including payroll, recruitment, on boarding, performance management (KPI), employee engagement, staff training, compensation and benefits and employee relations.
Keep track of employee\'s movement and prepare related documents. e.g., promotion letters, confirmation letters, salary increment letter and other HR related letters.
Leave and time attendance administration.
To organize proper record and filing on all HR related files.
Ensure HR policies, procedures and practices are implemented according to Malaysia labor laws.
Actively involved in employee engagement activities by organizing events for staffs.
To liaise with statutory authorities i.e. EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN & HRDF related issues.
To develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures in compliance with the legal requirements.
Other ad-hoc tasks relating to HR and Administrations.
Perform other duties as required by the superior/management.
