Responsible to manage and administer Company's Payroll and ensuring it is compliance and accuracy in monthly Payroll activities
Responsible to ensure salary budgets are within the Company's budget
Responsible maintaining and update staff personal database in HR System
Responsible in managing and maintaining of HR System and coordinating with Vendor with any issue related
To provide an end-to-end administration service for all employment matters
HR - Operation
Manage and administer full spectrum of recruitment activities, manpower planning and selection process
Managing employee movement (Transfer/Promotion/Demotion) and update in database accordingly
Ensure staff complies with the Operating procedures set by the Company for smooth Operations.
Attend to all disputes and disciplinary problems involving employees and assist in resolving them.
Administer Foreign Worker Administration (Medical check-up/Renewal process/End contract process)
Responsible to carry out any other duties as assigned by Management and supporting all HR day-to-day operations for the entire Department.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
