Assist in posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support onboarding activities - preparing offer letters, forms, and orientation materials.
Create and update employee files and HR database.
B. HR Operations & Administration
Handle HR documentation such as letters, memos, contracts, and staff records.
Maintain attendance, leave records, and assist in payroll preparation (if required).
Support HR filing, data entry, document organisation, and HRIS updates.
C. Training & Development
Assist in coordinating training sessions, scheduling, and logistics.
Maintain training records and attendance lists.
Help prepare training materials and evaluation forms.
D. Employee Relations & Engagement
Support company events, staff activities, and employee engagement programmes.
Assist in handling employee enquiries and simple HR-related matters.
Help communicate HR policies, guidelines, and updates to staff.
E. Reporting & Compliance
Assist in preparing HR reports (headcount, turnover, attendance summary).
Support compliance activities related to HR processes and documentation.
Ensure HR practices follow company policies and confidentiality standards.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,122.68 per month
