The Talent Acquisition Executive plays important role to connects top talent with great opportunities through smart and impactful hiring strategies. Partners with leaders to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Make an Impact by

Drive the end-to-end recruitment process -- from job postings to interviews -- ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience. Partner with Hiring Managers to understand business needs and craft smart, effective hiring strategies. Develop creative sourcing approaches to attract top talent across multiple channels Provide valuable hiring insights, recommendations, and candidate evaluations to support better decision-making. Support candidates through documentation and pre-onboarding to ensure a smooth start to their journey with us. Represent our employer brand at job fairs, networking sessions, and recruitment events. Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Manage and collaborate with recruitment vendors to deliver quality hires efficiently. Contribute to exciting HR projects and initiatives that drive growth and innovation.

Skills for Success:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or Human Resource Management At least

3 years of experience

in Human Resources Experience in

Talent Acquisition

and

mass hiring

is an advantage. Familiar with

sourcing tools

, and

networking platforms

. Skilled in using

ATS

LinkedIn

, and other

job portals

. Proficient in

Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
