Make an Impact by

• Drive the end-to-end recruitment process -- from job postings to interviews -- ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand business needs and craft smart, effective hiring strategies.
• Develop creative sourcing approaches to attract top talent across multiple channels
• Provide valuable hiring insights, recommendations, and candidate evaluations to support better decision-making.
• Support candidates through documentation and pre-onboarding to ensure a smooth start to their journey with us.
• Represent our employer brand at job fairs, networking sessions, and recruitment events.
• Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Manage and collaborate with recruitment vendors to deliver quality hires efficiently.
• Contribute to exciting HR projects and initiatives that drive growth and innovation.

Skills for Success:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or Human Resource Management
• At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources
• Experience in Talent Acquisition and mass hiring is an advantage.
• Familiar with sourcing tools, social media, and networking platforms.
• Skilled in using ATS, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
