Responsible to handle end-to-end recruitment process
Assist, execute and implement the full spectrum of HR function, including assist in payroll processing and compensation & benefits
Manage all HR records and ensure all personal files are updated and manage effectively
Prepare HR correspondence such as appointment letter, renewal, probation, staff movement and staff resignation / termination of service etc
Oversee and concern for the welfare and benefits of the company
Assist in identification and analysis of staff training, development and career support needs
Assist in staff engagement and company's event / CSR projects
Requirements:
Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resource or equivalent
Computer literate and good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Knowledge in Employment Act/ IR Act is an added advantage
