Requirements
  • Diploma/ Bachelor's Degrees in Human Resources, Psychology and Business Studies (other disciplines will be taken into consideration as well)
  • Prior experience in HR or talent acquisition
  • Knowledge of current trends in talent acquisition and employment laws (preferred skills)
  • Possess can-do attitude and willingness to learn mindset
  • Attention to detail and organisational abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong communication and well verse in English and Mandarin (preferred skills)
Responsibilities
Identify and attract top-tier talent:
  • Utilise various recruitment channels to identify potential candidates
  • Conduct initial screening of resumes and phone screening to assess candidate suitability
Facilitate seamless and efficient interview processes:
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Cultivate positive candidate experience:
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing clear and timely updates and feedback
  • Respond to candidate inquiries, foster transparency and build a favourable perception of the organisation
Enable data-driven decision making and reporting
  • Maintain accurate, organised and up-to-date candidate information within ATS
  • Generate reports and metrics related to recruitment activities.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers:
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, preferences and team dynamics, ensuring alignment between talent acquisition efforts and organisational efforts
  • Provide support in developing job descriptions and defining candidate requirements
Contribute to a seamless onboarding process for new hires:
  • Support onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation, ultimately fostering employee retention and satisfaction
  • Coordinate with various departments to complete necessary documentation and orientation
Integrate Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) into talent acquisition
  • Support Academia Industry Campaign (AIC) Program to identify, attract and select qualified candidates for various positions within the organisation
